Amy Rodriguez is an English/Spanish Jewellery artist and sculptor whose creations have multidisciplinary qualities that transcend ordinary expectations of Jewellery. Composed from a strict discipline of individualistic and unique one-off designs, no piece will ever be like another. All pieces are designed and hand fabricated from her London studio.

- Gold, rhodium or other platings or coatings.
- Custom piece inspired by or similar to previous stock/collections.
- Custom size rings. Please have your UK ring size measurements before contacting. Most jewellers will size your fingers for free. Low cost ring measurement tools may also work.
- Matching second earring to create a pair.
Please note, most earrings are sold individually, not in pairs. Unless faulty or previously agreed, commissioned pieces cannot be returned. Please see our terms and conditions [link].

UK deliveries will have a free shipping option.
For international deliveries, where possible, shipping options will have shipping tax and customs duty prepaid. We don’t take responsibility for shipping tax and customs duty fees on shipments that don’t have them included. Couriers may charge additional handling fees at their own discretion. We take no responsibility for these fees.
Estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout for purchases made online, otherwise it’ll be communicated via email. Allow up to 3 working days for items to be dispatched.
Courier options in the online checkout are offered through a third-party app. The fastest courier options will be shown provided they have tracking and insurance included, and for international shipments tax and duties prepaid, subject to availability.
You will be emailed the dispatch date for your order and consequently you will be emailed delivery details.
Shipping options will, in all but exceptional cases, have insurance included. Only insured shipments will be returnable if damaged on delivery by the courier. If your shipment can’t be insured, you’ll be contacted and asked if you wish to proceed with the shipment in the knowledge that your goods won’t be covered by our warranty. If you don’t wish to proceed without insurance you’ll receive a full refund.
Unfortunately, after purchase, we can’t change the shipping address.
You will only own the goods once we’ve received payment in full. You will be responsible for the goods once delivery is made or delayed by you at delivery.
Sterling Silver will generally tarnish quicker in high humidity climates and places with high levels of air pollution. Things like perfume, hairspray, deodorant and moisturisers can all contribute to further tarnishing of your jewellery due to the chemicals reacting with the silver. Pieces have unique finishing which vary. Most pieces are slightly textured and matte finish. There are various simple methods to remove tarnish/polish. Alternatively, see below for care services.
Store away from Sunlight as direct sunlight also causes silver to tarnish. Always transport in a hard case. Pieces are highly intricate and vulnerable to damage.

We have the right, at our discretion, to refuse to supply goods for your order. Goods are subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods we will refund any money already paid. We will not be liable for compensation or damages if we do not supply goods.

Fabrication defects that occur within the first year may be eligible for repair, replacement or refund, subject to our discretion, the return conditions below and the following conditions:
- Incorrect use.
- Third party repairs.
- Careless handling.
Stocked, non-commissioned, pieces can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from delivery subject to our return conditions below and the following conditions:
- The item is in an unworn, pristine and re-saleable condition.
Commissioned pieces are non-refundable, unless a prior agreement has been made via email.
Unfortunately, we will not pay for return shipping fees.
Any refunds processed to an international credit card will be calculated using the exchange rate on the day the refund is processed.
A refund will only be given if all of the following conditions are met:
- You inform us of your desire to return your good and receive a confirmation response from us before you dispatch.
- Package the item securely and adequately.
- Return by registered post or courier ensuring item is adequately insured for its full value.
- Mark the shipping documents / waybill with 'Return of British Goods' if you are returning the goods from outside the EU.
Be careful when packaging the jewellery as you will be held responsible for any damage/scratching incurred in transit. You will be liable for any British customs duties or taxes charged on your returned item.
Every piece is handmade and may have intentionally rough, uneven finishes or indentations as part of the design - these are not faults and items with them aren’t eligible for a refund.
All deposits are non-refundable.
While every attempt is made to provide accurate and up-to-date information on this website, we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to the limitations of technology. The website is updated regularly but where goods are temporarily or permanently out of stock we will contact you to arrange a replacement or a refund.
